After approximately 15 years of Arkiplan, we sent an anonymous builder survey out to every client we’d ever completed plans for and asked them to rate their builder.

We asked clients to rate their builder across a range of key performance criteria, including whether the project was completed on time and within budget, the overall quality of work delivered, and the final outcome. We also focused on how effectively the builder communicated throughout the project, their level of professionalism, and how clearly they explained both costs and any issues that arose. In addition, clients were asked to assess how well problems were described, addressed, and ultimately resolved, giving us a well-rounded view of both the process and the end result.  

Every builder who received a score of over 90% was offered to join our network. Any coverage gaps have been filled with contractors that have demonstrated excellence through a combination of online reviews, previous project photography, willingness to provide references, trade body memberships and the age of their business.
