We Scan Your Home

We pop around and scan your home, using the latest cutting-edge technology. Or you can provide your own measurements and photos if you wish.

Design Meeting

We will meet you via video call at a convenient time to discuss your needs, design your proposal and answer any questions you may have.

Relax and Sit-Tight

It’s time for our expert team to get to work! Plans are ready within 3 weeks – not the 3 months you’d expect from your local Architect. Why not use this time to start looking for builders or a contractor?
3 full rounds of unlimited design changes are included in your quote.

Planning & Building Control

We then submit your planning and building control applications to the local authority and act on your behalf until a decision is reached. All you have to pay is the application fees directly to the council.
Then it’s time to get building!
